IBM Dream Store

An interactive installation for the NRF 2020 Vision Show in New York City. The goal of the experience was to enable SMEs to understand how IBM can help them.

Ceramic RFID-enabled objects located on shelves in the installation initiated the journey by being placed on the reader. These components came together to engage the user and present solutions that were relevant for them. The data from each user journey would enable deeper analytics about IBM’s customers.
